Biblical meditation, focused on God's word, is the key to health and
happiness; not just in the spiritual realm, but the physical as well.
The Apostle Paul recommended that we be transformed by the renewing of
our minds. How can we accomplish that but through Biblical
meditation?
Romans 12:2. And do not be conformed to this world, but be
transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the
will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
Where do I Start My Biblical Meditation?
We are
trained to think of ourselves in one way or another; most of it
derived from negative feedback from the world around us.
Therefore, we need to develop a healthy understanding of who we really
are and why we are here to begin with. Therefore, our advice is to
begin with Biblical meditation based on God's opinion of you.
John 3:16 For God so loved the (your name here), that
he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him
should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the
Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. Rom 8:15 For ye have not
received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received
the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Rom 8:16 The
Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the
children of God: Rom 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God,
and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that
we may be also glorified together.
Gal 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ
Jesus.
Gal 4:6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit
of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Gal 4:7 Wherefore
thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of
God through Christ.
Gal 4:6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit
of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Gal 4:7 Wherefore
thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of
God through Christ.
1Pe 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an
holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the
praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his
marvelous light:
