Parenting Advice
Every parent needs good parenting advice. We talk to counselors,
read books, search the internet and ask our friends. My question is this. We claim God as our father, so why don't we
read our Father God's book for instructions on raising our children?
Wouldn't that make sense?
A Godly Father is What Every Child Needs
 |
There have been many times in my life, when I felt down and out, that the
words and the actions of my dad lifted me up and kept me going. They
gave the strength for endurance in very difficult times.
I always loved him and always idolized him, but I never really knew,
until recently, why he was so special. He is wise, strong and tough as
nails. In my eyes, there is nothing he can't do, but it is so much
more than that.
His wisdom, strength and endurance come from a strong spirit within him.
The spirit within him is laced with the Holy Spirit. He got this from
his own earthly father and his Father God.

His children are far from perfect, but we all look up to him. No
one says anything bad about him. We respect him far beyond anyone else
we know. Those who know him, love him. He has big shoes to fill!
What is my point? My Father God speaks to me through my Godly
Father.
If you want your children to listen to your advice and look up to you,
then you need to
look up
to your Father God for parenting advice. A Godly Father is what
your children need, therefore your Father God should be your teacher.
You can start here, but He must be your teacher.
