Replace Your Self Talk

Self talk plays more than just a minor role in determining how we live our lives and how we treat others.  Researchers in the medical field are well aware of how our parents and teachers develop and shape us with their words; words manifest.  As we grow into adults, their words become our thoughts.  The downside to this is that most parents and teachers, unknowingly for the most part, give us far more negative feedback than positive.

These negative words roll around in our thought life, growing and gaining momentum until the negativity manifests in the way we see others and respond to certain situations.  This snowball of negativity can bind us, holding us back from accomplishing what we are meant to accomplish if we don't do something about it.

There are many articles and self-help books teaching us to change our self talk, but there are few that teach us exactly how to do it.  Many counselors will give you a list of positive things to say to yourself in the mirror, but the trick is to learn to believe it.

Spiritual Health Source takes this to a different level; a spiritual plain.  Instead of trying to feed our own minds with positive words, we choose to get it from our maker.  He knows our potential, where we tend to know only our failures.    He builds us up, when we tend to put ourselves down with that never ending, brain bashing self talk.

Words always manifest into something, whether good or bad.  When God speaks, good things happen.  Let Him be the speaker inside of you, replacing  your negative self words.

When you accomplish this task, you will find you have a lot less stress and anxiety in your life.  You will no longer need to fear failure, you will look forward to your God given success in life.

But My Self Talk Still Says No.
