Signs of Depression

You may experience signs of depression without actually being depressed.  It is important to know the difference.  Physicians prescribe antidepressants all too soon sometimes and the impact can be devastating.  We need to be cautious about taking mind-altering medication, particularly when our condition could be grief, sadness over a loss, or one of many other natural causes for a depressed mood.

Do you have signs of depression, or are you tired?

Many people experience depression symptoms, when their actual condition is anxiety.  Anxiety and stress can cause fatigue and fatigue can cause signs of depression.

Consider your lifestyle and take a look at your surroundings.  Are they peaceful and relaxing or are they stressful?  Learn to deal with anxiety and get peace in your life.
